Tech support suggested looking for something on my router that might isolate wireless connections (AP Isolate), but I found that setting and it wasn't on. I can even pull up the web page for the printer on the iPad. When reset and put back on the wireless network the printer can't be found again by the iPad (but the iPhone and the computer have no problems). I was printing two line labels using 40pt text. and enter the text you need on the label. Tech support had me make an ad-hoc test network between the iPad and the printer, which did allow me to see and send a label to the printer.
